CSR Video-Makers
The Media Trust recently launched its Corporate Social Responsibility initiative and are seeking colloboration with consultancy companies and coporate clients.
They are seeking to work with corporate clients to produce films specifically demonstrating CSR issues within the corporate environment. These films can be used as unique opportunities to convey issues to an internal audience (staff) and for the external stakeholders (shareholders and consumers).
This year they realised two groundbreaking projects for BSKYB and Marsh Insurance:
- Ten innovative short films short listed from 165 charities hoping to secure the highly publicised £1 Million Make It Big charity partnership with BSKYB and directed by leading film makers. One of these films for Shelter won the Silver award at the International Visual Communications Awards (IVCA).
- A highly original and moving film for Addaction tackling the sensitive issues of drug abuse as part of Marsh's CSR initiative. The film won the Grand Prix Award, beating commercial categories, as well as the charity award from the prestigious IVCA.
