200th Post
This is the 200th post on the Phatgnat weblog in our short 5 month history.
As outlined in our opening post, these are the resons why this weblog was set up:
The focus of this blog is to review and monitor the space between the commercial and public sectors, focussing specifically on youth, where brands/companies and good causes meet.
It has become increasingly harder to connect and engage with a youth audience. The marketplace is flooded with messages and proliferated by mediums that we have all become good at 'filtering'—especially young people.
Marketing ideologies/policies must shift its focus to be effective and simply recognised.
Investing in projects that not only communicate and engage with young people but also satisfy wider social and public sector aims/objectives will create a win-win-win outcome.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our clients, supporters and most importantly, you, our readers…
