New Award
(UK) The Business in the Community's (BITC) has launched a new award and are looking for submissions. The BT Cause Related Business Award 2006, supported by the Home Office and in association with the Charities Aid Foundation, is open to any business who can demonstrate, through public sector partnerships, a campaign that has positively tackled a social issue.
Is this another opportunity for the suits and industry leaders to slap themselves on the back or a motivating strategy to recognise those businesses who have had a positive affect on the community? Depends on your politics but you decide…
