Big (Tick Of) Opportunity
(UK) Here's a story I picked up just before the festive break—my first reaction is one of mistrust, but as you get into the article you find out the decision was made by governors, parents AND students.
Plus, there's a big fat ALSO…participation and confidence in school sport has risen. Nike says it has nothing to do with it and the only negative i can see in this piece is the price tag—£78 compared apparently to the £10 it would've previously cost to kit out your child damn steep—here's where the big (tick of) opportunity comes in:
Why doesn't Nike offer a subsidised version of thier kit and/or educational bulk orders for schools? (Just follow the educational model that Apple uses) What about working with students in the schools on specific designs for their school/year group based on the Nike iD formula?
