Enterprise Education
(UK) Two years ago, Citizenship became a new statutory subject for pupils in the UK. Enterprise Education will be the next addition to the curriculum in September 2005.
The aim is to create in schools at least five days of enterprise-related activities for all 14-16 year olds—and the government needs local and national business involved.
There is a planned conference on how companies can understand the opportunities created by the new legislation, providing a perfect opportunity for SME's to dip their toe into the Cause Related Marketing/Corporate Social Reponsibility scene.
