Toon Charity
(UK) Cartoon Network has donated a 'toon studio' to Youth Culture Television (YCTV), an educational charity who provides opportunities for 11-20 year olds to get involved in television.
The state-of-the-art animation studio will be used by the charity to deliver specific animation courses and films for free.
Richard Kilgarriff, svp and general manager of UK Entertainment Networks, Turner Broadcasting System Europe, aid: 'Many of the kids who will make use of this new studio are the same age as our viewers so we hope they will enjoy making the very thing they watch on our channels.'
