Identifying/Employing/Promoting/Selling Attitude
In their funky book, Funky Business, authors Jonas Ridderstråle and Kjell A Nordström (pronounciation anyone?) lay out their manifesto for the future business leaders.
In one chapter they talk about attitude, describing a process whereby business should understand that its 'all about attitude'. Companies should start employing attitudes, promote attitude and then sell attitudes.
I know people are asking the question if your brand was a person who would it be? i think a better question is if your brand had an attitude, what type would it be?
