Clarins Most Dynamisante Woman of the Year Award 2005
(UK) Clarins Most Dynamisante Woman of the Year Award 2005 was presented to Esther O'Callaghan, founder of The Factory Foundation which runs the Decks4Schools project for teens with problems.
The £30,000 award will fund Decks4Schools for the next three years.
O'Callaghan says more than 1,500 pupils will be able to benefit from the workshops.
'It's about much more than talent-scouting for superstar DJs-in-the-making. It's about making the kids feel worthwhile, about giving them a belief in themselves, often for the first time.'
