Can You Hear Me?
(US) A national story writing competition for at-risk young people is launched with Think MTV as it's main commercial partner (there are many others). The Hear Me Project invites young people ages 14 to 22 to send in original stories about vulnerability to HIV and AIDS—there are cash prizes and also the opportunity for the winning story to be made into a short educational film.
