The Phatgnat Challenge #18
'The Phatgnat Challenge' has been developed to demonstrate the services of Phatgnat and to illustrate how businesses can create high-profile youth projects which also satisfies public sectors aims and objectives.
Brand: Waterstones
Potential Partners: Local Secondary Schools, Dfes
Project: Deliver a nationwide in-school poetry workshops then host mini-poetry slams through the stores with coffee shops.
Benefits: Involvement of staff in delivery and use of facilities will create a sense of ownership to the brand. Empowerment and education of young people involved and also the scheme assists the participating schools in the delivery of their literacy curriculum.
