Hailey Cavill
Today was spent in the company of the inspiring Hailey Cavill (of Cavill & Co.). During the start-up of Phatgnat, Hailey was one of the first people I spoke with and kindly gave up a little time to advise and share her experiences.
Hailey is English but now lives and work in Australia—not only has she developed a great Ozzie twang but also a fantastic reputation (in the cause-related markting field) and a vast amount of successful high-profile partnerships between corporates and non-profits.
True to form, Hailey continued to inspire and challenge me—from website navigation to corporate contact approach, service communication to seminar development—it was just what I needed.
It wasn't all one way mind, I gave Hailey a quick 'tour' around the world of the blogosphere, RSS feeds/aggregators and chat/IMing/Skype.
Hailey now heads off to Amsterdam to deliver a seminar at the IFC 25th International Fundraising Conference.
