Self-governing Schools
(UK) The prime minister has 'teased' Parliament with snippets from tomorrow's white paper on education. Not only does the government want to devolve more power directly to the schools but also to the parents on issues such as school uniform, the curriculum and school diners.
I will wait before commenting on if the white paper actually announces plans to get the young people themselves involved in issues that affect them directly—makes sense doesn't it?
The white paper will also ouline plans to encourage schools to create external partnerships with the private sector… more opportunities for all you brands/companies to get Phatgnat to develop educational projects for you.
