Lightbulbs
I had the pleasure of speaking to someone from the BITC yesterday about their operations and Phatgnat's focus.
During our discussion, we talked about BITC's strategies and who they are predominantly working with—which are the BIG multinationals—I enquired what they are doing with small/medium businesses/enterprises (SME's). Not much was the answer.
Lightbulb moment… Obviously there is a case for working with SME's (and businesses of all sizes), I then came up with the following idea: create a 'Start Right' campaign/toolkit for start-ups which would include information and guidelines/tips etc on how to include corporate social responsibility/community investment programmes into their busines plan/operations/forward strategies…
What do you reckon?
(I've already offered my serivces to assist and I've written a Phatgnat Fortnightly Challenge encapsulating the same idea)
