Teenage Kickz

respect

(UK) The Football Foundation has partnered with the UK government to underline its Respect agenda through a scheme called Kickz. All the Football leagues clubs are involved and its focus is to tackle anti-social behaviour.

Minister for Sport Richard Caborn said:

It's great to see the Government and football clubs join forces through Kickz. As our national sport and through its roots in communities, football can often reach the parts other sports can't. It has the power to get kids off the street and do something healthy and constructive with their time. I hope it's a resounding success.

With £2million from the Chanellor to give is a kick-start (see what I did there) it will be interesting to see how effective a national campaign using only football will be.
