Virgin Tries
(US) Virgin US has launched a competition entitled RE*Generation Charm Contest, inviting young people to design mobile charms.
The competition is a partnership with Stand Up for Kids and Youth Noise and is an attempt to raise awareness about homeless and abused kids.
Even though the winner will get a trip to South Africa to see how Virgin Unite is helping in the AIDS crisis, what is the real impact of the campaign? Too PR-heavy and not enough 'cause' (for they have 'effects') for my liking—I feel a Phatgnat Challenge coming on…
