UNICEF Says Thanks
(ASIA) Japanese television network, Fuji TV has been publicly thanked by UNICEF for its support over the past 30 years and for raising $20 million to help UNICEF improve the lives of millions of children.
That's a long time and a hell of a lot of money!
In recognition of their charitable activities, Fuji TV and its affiliates will receive the Rose d'Or Charity Award for corporate philanthropy at the annual Rose d'Or television festival in Lucerne, Switzerland next month. Lord David Puttnam, renowned filmmaker and President of the UK National Committee for UNICEF, will present the honour.
