What Makes A Good Youth Participation Worker
(WORLD) I'm often asked for advice on how to get into working with young people and what qualities are needed to be effective and successful. Well the members of the Participation Workers Network for England have developed a booklet and DVD package which I will now use to point people in the right direction.
'They help you get respect', draws on children and young people's experiences of participation to provide an introduction to participation work.
