Youth Cultural Competence
(WORLD) Working with young people is fantastic. It's challenging but extremely worthwhile, sometimes devastatingly tough but equally on occasions, simple as pie. The people who are the most effective are those who have a simple ethos of respect for young people, their attitudes and also culture.
