Youth Complaints Encouraged
(UK) The Local Government Ombudsmen Service in the UK is targetting local authorities and youth organisations to highlight the need to create avenues for young people to complain.
With over 6 years of local government experience I know for a fact that young people don't know what local authorities do, let alone know how to complain.
Jackie Kreel, at the organisation, said:
Although we get a lot of complaints about education and children's services, we don't get a lot from children and young people themselves.
