Car Education Programme

carmax

(US) CarMax, a used car retailer, has pledged $155,000 to Driver's Edge, to deliver a national young driver education program.

An obvious pairing but one which is effective as the scheme has had over 22,000 young people attend.

Joe Kunkel, president of the CarMax Foundation:

The CarMax Foundation promotes automobile passenger safety awareness and is committed to funding programs that show measurable results and benefits to the community. We are proud to be a part of this outstanding program that is working to make a difference in youth driving safety.
